If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will refund the full amount you paid, less shipping, within the first 30 days after purchase, regardless of the reason. Please send an email to rma@m12lenses.com, with a description of the item, reason for return if any, and invoice number. An RMA number will be emailed to you within one business day, with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will refund the full amount, less the shipping charges to the credit card used to purchase the item. Returned items should be in the same condition as they were when purchased.
