How do I return an item?

We will accept returns and will issue a full refund or send a replacement unit if the unit is defective on arrival. Please send an email to, with a description of the item, description of the problem and the invoice/order number. An RMA number will be emailed to you within one business day, with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will refund the full amount (to the credit card used to purchase the item) or ship a replacement unit if the unit is defective.

If the unit becomes defective during the warranty period (one year from the date of purchase), please contact us on for a replacement unit.
